Roles

You can configure the work flow level; define the position and roles/title of the employees. For example, if there is a sales order, it requires approvals from a group which includes managers from warehouse, finance, delivery etc. So, a rank defines the hierarchical work flow in the approval process and role is assigned to managers who can complete certain actions.
