Forms

A form is a template used by employees for collecting information using the mobile and web apps. Forms reduce paperwork, minimize the time spent in processing, and enable faster transmission of data.

Forms can be used to gather user input in fields, such as:

  • Text
  • Numbers
  • Currency
  • Yes/No
  • Lists
  • Photos, and
  • Signatures

Fields are further organized into:

  • Pages
  • Sections
  • Field Groups

Forms are customized either to capture information on an ad-hoc basis or can be linked to the sign-in/sign-out, check-in/check-out, or task completion activities. Various reports can be generated based on the data collected through forms. These reports help organizations to make informed decisions and analysis.
