Configure As Customer Activity

  1. Go to Configurator > Forms

    The Forms page appears.

  2. Select the Form which is having Customer data type to view the <Form Name> Actions page.

  3. Click Configure As Customer Activity card

  4. Enter a name for the activity in the Activity Name field.

  5. Optional: Change form in the Select Form With Customer Field dropdown.
  6. Select the check boxes in Map column to make the activity applicable for the customer type.
  7. Select the check box in Mandatory to Perform to mark the activity as mandatory before check out.
  8. Select the check box Display Activity in Forms to make the form visible in the Forms module.
  9. Click Save.
