Create Customer on Form Submission

  1. Go to Configurator > Forms

    The Forms page appears.

  2. Select the Form to view the <Form Name> Actions page.

  3. Click Customer Master Management Flow card under Requisition And Approval section

    The Customer Master Management Flow page appears.

  4. Select approval type from Create Customer dropdown.

  5. Select mapping options in the Map To section.
    • Filled by: The created customer will be mapped to the employee who filled the form.
    • Approved By: The created customer will be mapped to the employee who approves the form.
  6. Optional: Click Define Condition button to configure conditions for creating a customer.

  7. Select the Customer Fields from the Form Submission Fields in the Customer Fields Mapping section.
  8. Click Save or Update.
