Update List Items On Form Submission

  1. Go to Configurator > Forms

    The Forms page appears.

  2. Select the Form which is having Pick List data type to view the <Form Name> Actions page.

  3. Scroll down to the Utilities section.
  4. Click Manage List Item Updates card.

  5. Select the check boxes for the appropriate options.

  6. Click Add Item button to configure the values to the following fields.

    • Form List Field: Allows you to select the list fields in the form.
    • Source List Field: Allows you to select the list field which you want to update.
    • Operator: Allows you to select the operation.
    • Form Target Field: Allows you to select the form field from which you want to update the list field.
  7. Click Save.
