Define Follow Ups Using Works

  1. Go to Configurator > Forms

    The Forms page appears

  2. Select the form to view the <Form Name> Actions page.

  3. Scoll down to the Utilities section
  4. Click Define Follow Ups Using Works card

    The Define Follow Ups Using Works pop-up window appears

  5. Select the Follow-up type from the drop down list

  6. Update the fields according to the option selected.

  7. Click Save
