Schedule Form Submission Notifications

  1. Go to Web App > Notifications
    Click on to view the Notifications module.
  2. Click Schedule New Notification button located on the top right corner.

  3. Optional: Change Notification Quality if needed.

    The Notification Quality defaults to Neutral (White).
  4. Change Rule Type to Event Based.
  5. Enter a title for the notification in the Name textbox.
  6. Select Notify When as Form Submission.
  7. Select when to send notifications from the Is dropdown.
  8. Optional: If you want to schedule notification for a single form, select one from the For dropdown.
    If you want to schedule notifications for all forms, you can ignore this step.
  9. Optional: Click grey boxes of Rule and Extra Rule to define rules. The notifications are sent based on the defined rules.
  10. Enter Subject and Body for the notification in the Message section.

    Click icon to add fields to the Subject and Body.
  11. Select the notification delivery options as per your requirement.
    • Email: Allows you to send notification via Email.
    • SMS: Allows you to send notification via SMS.
    • Sync & Web-Notifications: Allows you to send web notifications.


  12. Click Save.
