Enable Offline Usage

  1. Go to Configurator > Lists

    The Lists page appears.

  2. Click List card corresponding to the list items that you want to edit.

    The List Actions page appears

  3. Click Manage Offline Availability card.

    A Sync for offline use pop-up window appears that allows you to choose one of the options.

  4. Choose one of the sync modes:

    • Sync mapped items only (recommended)
    • Sync all items
    • Sync off
    • Hybrid Sync (Not Recommended)
  5. Click OK

    The List Templates page appears with a confirmation - ‘Updated Successfully’
