Generate Engaged Customers Report

  1. Go to Web Panel > Reports.

    The Reports page appears.

  2. Scroll down to the Customer Reports section.
  3. Click Engaged Customers Report link or icon.

    The Engaged Customers Report page appears.

  4. Select any of the following from the State dropdown as per your requirement.
    • All: Allows you to generate the report of all customers.
    • Active: Allows you to generate the report of active customers.
    • Inactive: Allows you to generate the report of inactive customers.
  5. Optional: Change From Date and To Date dates.
    Both From Date and To Date default to today.
  6. Optional: Select HTML or XLS for Load report as.
    Load report as defaults to HTML.
  7. Click Load button.
    The Engaged Customers Report is displayed depends on the report format.
