Create a Form

  1. Go to Configurator > Forms

    The Forms page appears

  2. Click Create Form card
  3. Enter a name for the form in the Title text box on the Create Form page.
  4. Drag and drop one or more fields on to the page canvas.
  5. Configure properties of each field as per your requirement.
  6. Change Publish to Yes to start accepting form submissions from the users.
  7. Click Save
