Configure Action Submission Visibility

  1. Go to Configurator > Work Processes.

    The Works Processes page appears.

  2. Click either Action Process or Checklist Process in which you want to edit the work fields.

    The Action Process or Checklist Process page appears.

  3. Select <Work Processes> card.

    The work processes in the Action Process are shown in the above screenshot. If you click on the Checklist Process, the work processes in it will appear.
  4. Click Manage Action Submissions Visibility card under the Work Process Essentials section.

  5. Select employee field for each action under the Employee column.

  6. Click Save.
