Configure Auto Allocate Work Assignment Based on List

The work fields such as Start Time, End Time, Pincode, and Location are mandatory to use this feature.

  1. Go to Configurator > Work Processes

    The Wok Processes page appears

  2. Click Action Process card.

    The Action Process page appears

  3. Select <Work Processes> card.

    The <Work Process Name> Action page appears

  4. Scroll down to the Allocation And Scheduling section.
  5. Click Manage Auto Allocate And Scheduling card.
  6. Click Auto Scheduling of Works checkbox.
  7. Click Work Assignments.
  8. Click List based Assignment checkbox.
  9. Select the below options as per your requirement.
    • Consider leaves
    • Consider weekoffs
    • Consider holidays
    • Pick Employees having less work load
  10. Click Save.
