Configure Auto Unassignment Criteria

  1. Go to Configurator > Work Processes.

    The Work Processes page appears.

  2. Click Action Process card.

    The Action Process page appears.

  3. Select <Work Processes> card.

    The <Work Process Name> Actions page appears.

  4. Scroll down to the Allocation And Scheduling section.
  5. Click Manage Auto Unassignment Criteria card.

  6. Click Auto Form Fill icon under the Actions to define the criteria.

  7. Click Add Criteria button.

  8. Click Add Condition button to define condition.

  9. Click Save.
