Configure Auto Fill

  1. Go to Configurator > Work Processes.

    The Work Process page appears.

  2. Click either Action Process or Checklist Process in which you want to edit the work fields.

    The Action Process or Checklist Process page appears.

  3. Select the <Work Processes> card.

    The work processes in the Action Process are shown in the above screenshot. If you click on the Checklist Process, the work processes in it will appear.
  4. Scroll down to the Auto Fill section.
  5. Click Auto Fill Action Forms card.

    The Auto Fill Action Forms page appears.

  6. Click the Actions icon.

    The Auto Fill Form Submission from Work/Form Submission pop-up window appears.

  7. Enable the check box on the top of the page to view the fields below.

  8. Select the work from the Source From dropdown list.
  9. Select the fields from Copy from Field dropdown list.
  10. Select the Change Value check box to allow the user to edit the field. If the check box is not selected, the data gets copied and the user cannot change it.

  11. Click Save or Update.
