Schedule Notifications For Delayed Work Actions

  1. Go to Web App > Notifications
    Click on to view the Notifications module.
  2. Click Schedule New Notification button located on the top right corner.

  3. Optional: Change Notification Quality if needed.

    The Notification Quality defaults to Neutral (White).
  4. Enter a title for the notification in the Name textbox.
  5. Select Notify When as Work Action Got Delayed.
  6. Optional: If you want to schedule notification for a single work process, select one from the For dropdown.
    If you want to schedule notifications for all work processes, you can ignore this step.
  7. Optional: If you opted for a single work process, select work actions from the For Action dropdown to get notifications.
  8. Optional: Select escalation matrix from the Escalate to dropdown to report the issue.
  9. Optional: Click Rule grey box. Configure rules to send notifications based on work priority.

  10. Enter Subject and Body for the notification in the Message section.

    Click icon to add fields to the Subject and Body.
  11. Select the notification delivery options as per your requirement.
    • Email: Allows you to send notification via Email.
    • SMS: Allows you to send notification via SMS.
    • Sync & Web-Notifications: Allows you to send web notifications.


  12. Click Save.
