Configure Permissions

  1. Go to Configurator > Work Processes.

    The Works Processes page appears.

  2. Click either Action Process or Checklist Process in which you want to edit the work fields.

    The Action Process or Checklist Process page appears.

  3. Select <Work Processes> card.

    The work processes in the Action Process are shown in the above screenshot. If you click on the Checklist Process, the work processes in it will appear.
  4. Click Manage Permissions card under the Work Process Essentials section.

  5. Select the checkboxes for the appropriate permissions.

  6. Select the employee groups for the selected permissions.

  7. Click Save.
